We decided last week to visit the allotment again for a BBQ. Some people couldn't come in the end but two of those who did made their way there by bike from some considerable distance and spent the day relaxing, drawing, painting and playing with Olive. It was beautifully sunny and a trip into busy St.Ives was proposed but declined.

We have been invited by St.Ives Farmer's Market to paint a big board that will welcome people to the Farmer's Market, which takes place in the Guild Hall on Thursdays. We have been asked to make the painting in situ, which will be an interesting and enjoyable challenge since we have made some connections there having visited for lunch on 2 previous occasions. We plan to create the painting during September.
